Well if she was using Kodachrome film (which hasn't been around for many years) then the result would be overexposure. Everything would be dark and the colors would not be true.

If it was a modern digital camera, it would be the opposite of sharp focus, particularly if she was shooting something like a hummingbird.  I don't think it would be a shallow depth of field either. So it might be grainy.
