One of the most expensive books ever sold is the “Codex Leicester” bought by Bill Gates for $30.8 Millions.

The book is containing 72 pages full with drawings,diagrams,ideas and it was written between 1506 – 1510. The manuscript contains also information about the relationship between earth sun and moon.

Due to the high price of $30.8 millions the book is the most expensive book ever sold.


Bill Gates is book lover and his home library is filled with rare books.
