Would a complex sentance be able to have a ; (semi-colon) in it?
GalinKa [24]

Answer:

Some lists already have commas to join dependent clauses or phrases. In this case, a semicolon can be used to separate the elements in a complex sentence.

A complex sentence is a sentence that contains an independent clause and one or more dependent clauses. An independent clause can stand alone as a sentence, but a dependent clause even though it has a subject and a verb cannot stand alone.

Select all of the strategies for checking perceptions
statuscvo [17]

All of the strategies serves for the purpose of checking perceptions:

Request clarification: serves to check if what you perceived was right and have no false impressions, but it is necessary to make sure the one you requested clarification knows what you are asking.

List the facts: It is useful to separate what you perceived from what you made up. For example, you might have seen a dog eating trash; later, you see on TV a wolf eating trash too. It is necessary that you organize your thoughts listing the facts to separate imagination of reality. You will also list the various interpretations a fact might have, after all the processes above. This is important to understand the multiple faces that reality can have.

Interpret-evaluate: The last and most important of all checking perceptions strategies, this will give you what interpretation, from the multiple interpretations you found in the step above, is the most important and worthy of keeping in the head. Between all faces reality can show you, there are some that might change the way we see things, these we must keep with us for the entire life. There are many forms of evaluating an interpretation, the steps above exist to help you discern which one is the most valuable interpretation.
