C. Transform and Convergent

Explanation:

80% of earthquakes are cause by Convergent boundary. When two continental plates collides, earthquakes are deep and very powerful. Though Transform faults are shallow they produce enormous and deadly earthquakes. This is beacuse plates slide past each other without moving up or down.
