otez555 [7]

Answer:

Explanation:

Louisiana Creoles were French-speaking Catholics with little experience with democracy. Americans feared that they wouldn't be loyal to their new country and could not assimilate properly. The participation of so many New Orleans residents in the Battle of New Orleans proved that Louisiana were Americans through and through.
