Yes! Music is a language, because you can SPEAK in music. First of all, you can speak in this language all you have to do is sing, or play the music. Well, this is also a language because you can say words while your doing your music. Such as on musicals! They are singing, but saying words. Take (I don't know a random musical.) they sing!
