1- Preparing the cDNA:
a- Using two different tissue samples (such as control and cancer cells), isolate mRNA.
b- For each sample, prepare complementry DNA (cDNA) from the isolated mRNA. Then fluorescent label cDNA of each sample with a different color and then mixed.
2- preparing the microarray:
a- Bind DNA fragments of different genes to microarray wells.
b- Attach ssDNA (single-stranded DNA) to microarray wells.
3- Combine the probe and the microarray samples:
Add labeled cDNA to the microarray wells.
Answer:
The circulatory system delivers oxygen and nutrients to cells and takes away wastes. The heart pumps oxygenated and deoxygenated blood on different sides. The types of blood vessels include arteries, capillaries and veins.

Hope it helps
Explanation:
The oncotic pressure inside the cell will be greater than the pressure outside. Thus causing the cell membrane to rupture. If red blood cells are placed in pure water, water enters into the red blood cells by osmosis and the red blood cells swell up and burst while the onion cells would absorb water due to osmosis, swell and become turgid. The cell sap move conc. than surrounding water gate into the cell by osmosis; the cell swells/becomes turgid; but does not burst due to the cell wall.
Answer:
a) Aorta
b) Right ventricle
Explanation:
a) The blood comes in through Vena Cava, into the right Atrium and to right ventricle. Right ventricle pumps it into lungs through Pulmonary artery.
So Aorta is not related to all this phenomenon of right chambers of Heart.
b) In the left side of the heart, the blood comes from lungs through Pulmonary Veins into the Left Atrium then to Left Ventricle. Left ventricle pumps it into the body through Aorta. Coronary arteries are present both sides of the heart.
So Right ventricle is relatively unrelated to all these structures.
