Answer: sorry I don't know all of these but i'll answer the ones i do since no one else has yet

1.The tone of the Declaration of Independence is contemplative, confident, and assertive, direct because not lot of figurative language

It reinforced the notion that breaking the "political bands" with England was a necessary step in the course of human events. America and England were already separated by the basic fact that they had become two different peoples.

I think its either c. It can't be A because usually in school it should be like a conversation. I don't think its exactly supposed to be persuasive, thats what persuasive essays are for. I think its c, but it could be D
