Dear (..........)
Due to this quarantine I am limited to very little space. I am trapped in my house. Unfortunately I cannot attend school due to social distancing. This has caused me more stress than school ever has because I have to complete digital learning day assignments. Some assignments include tuning into teacher live streams on zoom or microsoft team, daily quizzes, tests, notes, assignments due daily, and a whole bushel full of things that make me want to rip my hair out. Enough about school, let's talk about health. I have been doing physical excercises during this challenging time for the world. My friend Destint sent me this program by Chloe Ting that apparently helps build ab muscles, slim the stomach, cinch the waist, build the behind and bunches of other
GLORIOUS things. I think i may be eating too much as I am not really on a timely eating schedule as i used to be for school. I might also be eating too little. Somedays I skip dinner and somedays I am eating every hour till dinner. I am very desperate to leave my house. I missed 3 of my friends' birthdays during this quarantine. I couldnt give them their gifts and i couldnt be there to celebrate with them. I am very anxious lately as I feel like I am never going to finish my work on time. I feel like my grades will start to drop and I wouldn't be able to do anything about them because I can not ask my teachers questions face to face. This of course poses a huge problem for most social butterflies such as I.
Sincerely,
