Eating is necessary and obligatory, for our body, as for our health and to live day by day. Eating is a daily activity, this activity should be done compulsorily 3 times a day, and that is the minimum. The 3 most important meals are breakfast, lunch and dinner. Although between meals it is not bad to do it. It also has to see the type of food, it is always necessary fruit, vegetables, fish, legumes, in conclusion to take all kinds of food with its corresponding use never hurts.

Food is a totally necessary activity for our life, because if we do not eat, we would not be nourished, we would not have enough energy, therefore eating is totally necessary, for the simple fact that we can die.

Eating is also a cultural activity , it has two groups that are determined by :

- Customs, it is about the type of food you eat , if you always eat the same or are different customs and tastes that you eat. If you are used to always eat the same type of food and it is bad, it is better to remove that habit and eat a little bit of everything.

-The family, in every family, in every meal and in every house there are always different types of manners, you always have to be polite in front of the food and more if there are guests. In every family there are always some basic rules, to eat, whether alone or in company, for good or bad taste, but you must always have these rules to eat.
