<span>Hansel and Gretel are cast out of their home by their wicked stepmother who also represents the Shrew archetype. They are young and innocent at the beginning of the story and could be called Ingénues. Later in the story, they prove their cleverness and become the heroes of the story when they outsmart the wicked witch. They even meet a friendly beast in their adventure. Their father could be called a Fool, or at the least henpecked, because he is so easily persuaded by the wicked stepmother. The children have definitely also lost their innocence as a result of this experience.

According to the writer, what is the ultimate problem with global warming?
gavmur [86]

Answer:

Damage to the environment .

Explanation:

Global warming is an increase in the temperature of the near-surface atmosphere and oceans. Significant warming has been observed in recent decades, and global warming is expected to continue in the future.

According to the current scientific worldview, this phenomenon is "very likely" due to the intensification of the natural greenhouse effect as a result of human activities. Man-made global warming is caused by the burning of fossil fuels, global deforestation and agriculture and grazing. These activities accumulate carbon dioxide, methane and nitrous oxide in the atmosphere, reflecting less heat radiation from the earth back to space.

The consequences of such global warming are increased melting of glaciers, rising sea levels in the world, changes in established patterns of precipitation, more frequent weather disasters, and so on.

Savatey [412]
Internal Conflict:
-Frank feels guilty about not telling his parents what happened at the party.
-Dr. MacDougal can't decide whether to waive his fees for a patient who is struggling financially.

External Conflict:
-Mr. Farris's letters to the editor of the local newspaper turned into a very nasty exchange with another reader.
-Mark argues with his team members who are angry because he missed practice so often.

An internal conflict is a conflict that stems from something that happens within yourself. For example, a conflict that you experience because of your own thoughts and/or feelings.

An external conflict happens as a result of actions or words spoken by an outside force. For example, an argument or fight that you have with another person is classified as an external conflict.
