1For one, interpersonal skills is your ability to communicate and socialize well whether it be individually or in a group, the best way to use your interpersonal skills is to show how well you treat people and how easily you get along with others.

2Constructive criticism examples include "nice drawing but you could work on your body proportions, the arms are too big" and "You sing well but you're pitch is off"
