In The Story of David and Goliath, Goliath was killed for underestimating David and David went on to marry the king’s daughter. However, he was not the only one who underestimated the young shepherd. The Israelites also underestimated David and made fun of him for believing that he could kill Goliath. (I’m sorry I don’t know the other story)
