Going off of the information given this is the answer I would choose, A and C are both almost completely built on opinion, people may have different answers and although thats good for debate its just generally not the kind of question you want to go with in this scenario. D is a very close one and if it isn't B that would be the one I would choose, its a very deep question that sparks thought and further analysis of the story, but at the same time symbolism can be interpreted differently by anyone and thats the kind of question you could write an entire article answering and barely scratch the surface.
