Which of these excerpts from sir gawain and the green knight most clearly exemplifies the medieval ideal of chivalry?
zalisa [80]

"I swear through fire and ice/To be your humble knight."

Chivalry is the moral code of knights during medieval times. The last option is the best because it demonstrates the loyalty of the knight to his king. It also shows him to be humble which is another trait of chivalry. Being head of the court does not show any moral code, and neither does how his hair looks with the crown. Option C is also not correct because it doesn't say anything about a knight; it only details the behavior of a woman.

How do journeys influence perspective?
Naddik [55]
When you take journeys, especially to other places, your perspective is changed. You see different aspects of the world and notice major differences in other societies and ways of life. Many are confused by these, but some will be able to think deeper into the meanings of these new ways and traditions. You realize the world isn’t exactly what you thought it was.
