i really like how different it is to all other types of art, usually you can see some similarities in the different styles but for modern/abstract art it is unique.
David is portrayed as an adolescent rather than an adult
im pretty sure its this because it was commissioned by the medici family and placed in their garden but viewers who saw the statue were shocked and offended by it
