Whether it is a classroom or an office, people are jealous of each other. Jealousy is a human nature. Does it encourage people to develop a competitive sense for the betterment or develop a negative ego ? can you help me with your own opinion​

the reason i say this is jealousy a trait of someone. if someone is jealous then they most likely know they don't have something as good as you. so it make them aware to what you have yes at times it can make them have a negative ego but, not always unless they are bulling you and being rude to you no i don't think it is negative it is just them being aware that you are better than them. but if they bully you out loud or physically that is a negative ego and is no good.
