I feel you should answer this for yourself. The thing about these questions is that they’re asking you personally, not asking you to explain how someone else feels.
So take a moment and ask yourself; What happened in this time that has stuck with me? If you can’t think of an answer, try to bring up moments where you felt strong emotions, maybe negative or even positive. Have you learnt anything through these times? Met anyone? Etc etc.
