You cant save the world with 20 billion, what are we saving it from?

     If I had $20 billion to spend to save the world I would use it to stop war at first.I picked to stop war first because if war don’t stop suffer wont stop too and homeless people will be more.Then after stopping the war I will give people a department where they can live and have them get in schools to learn.I think they will study and work harder than people who have money because they already know how it feels to be poor.Then I will make them work hard to build them self houses to have families help each other because they already know how it feel when you get helped too.I will teach them hand for a hand which mean I help them so that they help others.That's what I would do if I had $20 billion to save the world.
