Hebrews only believed in one god whereas the Sumerians believed in multiple gods. Sumerians worshiped the gods in ziggurats, and Hebrews followed the ten (commandments?). Hebrews we’re Jewish people, and followed the Torah. Sumerians we’re polytheistic, and Hebrews we’re monotheists. Hope it helps!
