Approach fridge/sink whatever water resource, if fortunate you may have a cup or glass to pour it in. If not place your palms together in a scooping form, and collect the water molecules until you think it is enough. Then bring the cup/glass/hands to your mouth and part your lips to sip the water in a sucking motion. Hope that helps!
