There are various benefits of training heart zone through physical activities.

Benefits of good physical and healthy body and reduce the chances of heart diseases will experience by Chris for training in his target heart rate zone. . Brisk walking, swimming and running are the examples of physical activities that Chris can do to train in his training heart rate zone.

Moderate aerobic activity is good for targeting heart zone in which the individual do at least 150 minutes a week of moderate aerobic activity such as brisk walking or swimming as well as  Vigorous physical activity in which an individual do at least 75 minutes a week of vigorous aerobic activity such as running so we can conclude that there are various benefits of training heart zone through physical activities.
