Can a colorblind person please explain what red or green looks like to you? Is it gray, yellow, or brown like I`ve been told?

A murky greenish color, and green looks like an off yellow greenish (She has these special glasses i forgot what their called lol)

No. Because i believe red and green are very colorful colors and colorblind people cannot see very bright colors
