Which propaganda technique attempts to convince voters that the candidate is like them? Group of answer choices bandwagon endors
Serga [27]

Answer:

just plain folks

Explanation:

Propagandists use different techniques and ways to relay messages and influence/convince others.

just plain folks makes the voters think the candidate is just like them, that they share the same desires and concerns..

The plain folks technique is designed in such a way that ordinary voters would end up identifying with candidate that they share no similiarities with. For example, a candidate may come from very wealthy background, but to win voters on his side he presents himself as a humble person by doing those things that the plain folks do.

Give a thorough explanation of this quote: "Your desire to change, must be greater than your desire to stay the same."
Anika [276]
Universally, humans crave transcendence from the monotony of their everyday lives. However, with this change comes risk and uncertainty. While we may despise mediocrity, we also desire the comfort of continuity. You may want things to get better, but doing nothing will earn you nothing. If you want to become a professional athlete, you could want this more than anything in the world. However, if you do nothing to achieve the standards of a professional athlete then your desires are meaningless. The quote means take the steps you need to change, despite the risks.
