Gre4nikov [31]

Answer:

First step- Statement 1

Second step- Statement 2

Third step- Statement 3

Fourth step- Statement 4

Explanation:

The steps that are involved in the process of hydro-fracking are s follows-

1) Well drilling-  A well is initially drilled vertically from the surface into the ground until it reaches the more permeable layers such as the shale layers.

2) Pumping at high pressure in the hole- After drilling a well, the high pressured fracking fluid is pumped into the well using a tank (pumping tank). This fracking fluid id made up of sand, some amount of water as well as various types of chemical are present in it.

3) Cracks at the shale rock- The shale rock has the internal pressure that exerts the fluid to come to the surface.

4) Proppants opens up the cracks- The proppants helps in keeping the cracks open after the retreatment of water.

5) Natural gas obtained- Since these shale gases are now able to flow out of the shale layers, the gases are extracted through the well and stored in the storage tanks.

Thus, the given statements are being arranged in order.
