i honestly think it all just depends on the people, because in some cases the sinner might care more if they're the true believer. but, on the contrary, the true believer might care more if the sinner is an atheiest.

9 - The US tested the atomic bomb in New Mexico.  There were several other countries workiing on development of nuclear weapons.
