A Cabinet officer may be impeached in a number of ways, including:
by charges made on the floor of the House of Representatives by a representative;
by charges referred to a committee for debate and exam;
by charges made by a State legislature or grade jury; or
by charges made by an investigative House committee.
The govermments of Sparta and Athens were different because Sparta had an oligarchy, which means it was run by certain people. Athens was a direct democracy, run by the people and Assembly.

Individuals are free to purchase and own their own homes, cars, furniture, and other goods such as TV, radios, computers, boats, or any thing else you might want. You have total freedom to live where you want and what type of job field you want to pursue. If you have an idea for a new business or invention, you are free to pursue this without government interference. Under this system you have the maximum number of choices in life. This is the 'pursuit of happiness' from the Declaration of Independence.
