So there's this guy and I just want him to like me so bad, but I told him I liked him last year, so he knows I like him, and I have a feeling he likes me back but also that he hates my guts. He's racist and manipulative, and I can't stop falling for him, and he's all I think about, I want him so bad, yet I can't have him. My friends all hate him and I always say I hate him a lot, so I can't tell anybody else about this. His and my friend groups don't like each other (for many reasons) so we couldn't date. Yet I feel like I have a strong connection with him even though we never talk to each other. He looks at me though, and he liked me last year. What do I do? Do you think he likes me?

Red flags all over. If he’s racist, he does not like people solely off of things they can’t control. Do what you think is right, but if he is manipulative that is so so bad for a relationship. I would wait it out.
