Solving the equation is quite simple.

We replace C with 441 and we get

18n+45=441 => 18n=441-45 => 18n=396

=> n= 396/18 => n=22

So at the cost of 441$ we have 22 feet of cabinet

C=18n+45
Replace C with 441

441=18n+45

Subtract 45 on both sides
441=18n+45
-45 -45

396=18n
Divid 396 by 18 which will get you 22.
To double check your answer fill in the 22 for the n
441=18(22)+45
18x22=396
396+45=441
