▪▪▪▪▪▪▪▪▪▪▪▪▪  {\huge\mathfrak{Answer}}▪▪▪▪▪▪▪▪▪▪▪▪▪▪

\boxed{\mathrm{slope = - 2 }}

and

\boxed{ \mathrm{y \:  intercept =4 }}

\large \boxed{ \mathfrak{Step\:\: By\:\:Step\:\:Explanation}}

Let's find the slope, using the coordinates of points (2 , 0) and (0 , 4)

  • \sf{ \dfrac{y_2 - y_1}{x_2 - x_1 }}

  • \dfrac{4 - 0}{0 - 2}

  • \sf{ \dfrac{4}{ - 2} }

  • - 2

The y - intercept is the value of y - coordinate of the point on the line, where x - coordinate is 0 or the y - coordinate of the point where the line cuts the y - axis ~

that is y - coordinate of point (0 , 4)

  • \boxed{4}

HELP ASAP PLEASE what do these sentences mean by term? I need to know for an outline asap.
Nina [5.8K]

So what it basically wants you to do is they want you to write about what your outline is suppose to be about.

So first you need a thesis statement. Which is three main points that you read about from your source (what your suppose to take about.)

Second, those three points are gonna go into your outline.

Point one will go in first supporting detail. You will include one term that agrees with your point one. Then you need evidence that it agrees with your supporting detail.

You will do that with the other two as well, and you will have an outline. Let me show you what it should look like.

I. Supporting detail.

  A. One Term.

       1. support the term.

II.  Supporting detail.

    A. One Term.
