In the above given poem two poetic devices are used that are;
- Refrain
- RefrainPersonification
Before the main answer I would like to explain what are these terms?

Refrain:

Refrain means when a line or a sub-sentence is used before starting a new stanza. When the line or sub-sentence is used more than one time, It can be perfectly called as Refrain.

Personification:

Personification means when the quality of humans is given to a non-living or non-human thing.

༒︎Note:

- Here you can see in the 6th and 8th line rhyme scheme is used but we will not consider it because it is not used in the complete poem.
Personification: (2nd and 4th line)
My eyes don't tear: Tear is a human quality which is given to a non-human thing i.e. Eye.
My heart doesn't cry: Same as second line, Here cry is a quality of human which is given to a non-humam i.e. heart.
