Effective communication brings about all these benefits and many more and make our relationships with other people to be more enjoyable.

2. The consequences of poor communication include the following:

a. It creates stress in the workplace.

b. It causes unmet expectations.

c. It results in relationships breakdown.

d. It bring about low morale

e. It breed dissatisfied clients in the workplace.

f. All the negative consequences affect one's health negatively.

The effects of poor communication can be very tragic. For instance, when business customers are not satisfy they take their business somewhere else. Efforts should be made to improve poor communication skill.

3. The factors that enhance effective communication include the following:

a. Listening.

b. Suitable communication medium.

c. Effective presentation of the communication.

d. Completeness of the communication.

e. Provision of feedback.

Effective communication is essential to one success in life, it affects all ramification of one's life. The points given above enhance one's skill when it comes to communicating effectively.
