Hey there! :D

So, when I look at this passage, a few things stand out:

- 'mysterious and unnatural organism'
- 'characterizations are completely unrealistic'
-'people are amazed' 

So, in the options, a lot of them are details. Facts. The one that most goes along with the passage is 'People are amazed by Venus flytraps'. This goes with every point or thing that stood out. People think it's a unique organism, that it's used as an unrealistic character, and just the fact that they are amazed. The whole paragraph is about how people think or react to it. 

"C" is the best answer.
