The relationship that the deer population holds in regards to the biodiversity in forest A is <em><u>inversely proportional</u></em>, at increased deer populations, there is less biodiversity in the forest.

Forest A has a <em><u>high population density of </u></em><em><u>deers</u></em> in comparison to forests B and C. This is also shown by the much lower rate of biodiversity in forest A as opposed to the other forests. Deer have this effect on forests due to their grazing habits.

At higher population densities, overgrazing can occur, which leads to the absence of brush and shrubs in the area. This causes a chain reaction in the form of the disappearance of many species due to the loss of habitat and food sources that the brush and shrubs provided. This effect can even extend towards wildflowers and other preferred food sources for deer.

<em><u>"This answer is based on the complete question located online that states:</u></em>

<em><u>The diagram below illustrates three ecological communities that are isolated but in close proximity to one another. The density of the deer population in each community differs, as indicated in the diagram. (A.) Based on the diagram, describe the relationship between the deer population and biodiversity in Forest A. </u></em>

<em><u>In which Forest A is depicted to have a high deer density and low biodiversity."</u></em>

You have 400 mg of a radioisotope with a half-life of 5 minutes. How much will be left after 30 minutes?
shepuryov [24]
If the half-life is 5 minutes, then 30 minutes is equivalent to 6 half-lives. So, after six successive half-lives, the 400 mg of the radioisotope would have a mass of 400(0.5)⁶ = 6.25 mg.

Thus, A would be the correct answer choice here.
