Hay muchas maneras de mantenerse en forma. Una de ellas es hacer dieta. Haciendo dieta te ayuda diariamente para tener un plato balanceado de comida, y también para consumir más nutrientes y proteína. Otra manera es haciendo ejercicio. Esto ayuda a los músculos, y también ayuda por perdiendo peso. Una última manera es bebiendo mucha agua. Agua de hidrata y también no te afecta mucho como la soda o jugos artificiales te pueden afectar.
