Hello Samantha! I have another example about practicing soccer. Since I play on my high school team, our coach told us at the beginning of the year which was around 8 months ago, at the end of the season I want to see you do 30 juggles. Now, juggling for me is extremely hard but I wanted to succeed in this challenge he gave our team. The last 8 months I have been juggling almost every other day and every few weeks i was making 3-4 more juggles than I was the few weeks before.
