Answer:

\bold{x+10,y+10}

Step-by-step explanation:

Hi there!

Right now, your dad's age is X years.

In 10 years, it will be x+10.

If your age is y years, in 10 years, it will be y+10.

No matter what x is, no matter what y is, it will be x+10 and y+10.

Thus, x+10 and y+10 is our final answer.

Hope it helps! Enjoy your day!

I'm assuming X and Y are current present day ages.

Simply add 10 to each variable to find the future ages ten years from now.

Your dad's future age = X+10

Your future age = Y+10

Since we don't know what X or Y is, we cannot combine those terms. We leave them as is.

iVinArrow [24]

Answer:

The truck

Step-by-step explanation:

You need to first find out how many miles per hour each is going. To do this you need to divide. 480/8=60 210/3=70 with this information you just need to take the one that goes faster which is the truck.

ki77a [65]

Answer:

The confidence interval is from 69.82 o 82.18

Step-by-step explanation:

Using this formula X ± Z (s/√n)

Where

X = 76 --------------------------Mean

S = Standard Deviation

If Variance = 144

S = √144

S = 12

n = 25 ----------------------------------Number of observation

Z = 2.576 ------------------------------The chosen Z-value from the confidence table below

Confidence Interval || Z

80%. || 1.282

85% || 1.440

90%. || 1.645

95%. || 1.960

99%. || 2.576

99.5%. || 2.807

99.9%. || 3.291

Substituting these values in the formula

Confidence Interval (CI) = 76 ± 2.576 (12/√25)

CI = 76 ± 2.576(12/5)

CI = 76 ± 2.576(2.4)

CI = 76 ± 6.1824

CI = 76 + 6.1824 ~ 76 - 6.1824

CI = 82.1824 ~ 69.8176

CI = 82.18 ~ 69.82

In other words the confidence interval is from 69.8176 to 82.1824
