It would not be B) “esta” because “mantel” uses a masculine pronoun.

It would not be C) because “estos” is referring to many “tablecloths”.

It would not be D) because “estas” is referring to many female “tablecloths” and that would not make any sense.

But I would also say esta, because he talking to his sister that is a female
