How do you define leadership? What qualities, in particular, make a great leader?

English

hichkok12 [17]3 years ago

Answer:

Every leader has their own style, but all good leaders have one thing in common: they can take a vision and turn it into tangible results. This isn't something they do on their own; leadership skills are, first and foremost, people skills (also known as soft skills).

Explanation:

Leadership entails more than just having authority and being in charge. In fact, a successful leader does not even need a formal title.

This is because a title does not automatically imply that you are a good leader. And just because you don't have a title doesn't mean you can't be a leader.

Effective leadership does not entail bossing people around. It is about being a source of empowerment for others in order for them to achieve success for themselves and the organization.

Read the excerpt from Rudolfo Anaya’s essay “Take the Tortillas Out of Your Poetry.”
katovenus [111]

Answer:

Second response "to entertain"

The excerpt isn't persuading the audience to speak out or tell others about censorship, nor is it informing us about censorship. The excerpt includes a comparison of tortillas and poetry, not motivation to speak against censorship.

Read the excerpt from part one of Trifles.
Leni [432]

Answer:

It suggests that she did not care about his death.

Explanation:

Mrs. Wright replied in a very strange manner to the question of Mrs. Hale. She laughed and ignored much of the question asked to her. Also, in this excerpt, the word 'cold' symbolizes the fear or hard feelings. Mrs. Wright laughter is symbolic that the emotional attachment was the thing which lacked in the couple's life. She didn't lament the death of her husband rather laughed in a tough tone.
