Why is science fiction and dystopian style literature and media so immensely popular in today's world? will it continue to be so
Dima020 [189]

Answer: Hi! I'm an avid reader, so I would love to answer this.

Explanation: So I would think that science fiction and dystopian are so popular because (especially now, when things are so undefined), people are curious about the future. They need to find ways to reassure themselves about the future, to know what's going to happen, or at least just have some sort of idea - or theory. Just something. I'm sure that's why they choose dystopian and sci-fi. I personally like fantasy. Also, books are just generally an escapism technique.

pshichka [43]

Answer:

Maya Angelou wrote an autobiographical book entitled I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings. The title of the poem, “Caged Bird” is significant because the poem compares the lives of the bird who lives freely, and the one who is confined to a cage. Both birds are symbolic of the groups of people they represent.
