I think the president is trying to remain neutral with the relationship with other countries but still wanting to get things done the way he sees fit. I think the president has a close relationship with the majority of Congress. I think things are happening in Washington, some are good and some are bad, it really depends on one's opinion.
Because a monopoly would end up making someone monopolizing the whole world to a point where no one can buy a business and would allow them to set their prices as high as they want.
