being healthy us great for you and you are a role model to people who wish to be healthier. not being healthy can give several different diseases. it creates better self esteem. (think of the show my 600 lbs life) the people on there are miserable due to their weight because they cant do anything. working out is a great way to get in shape (if you arent) and create muscles which are important and one day could save your life
