URGENT!!!! Does the adverb go before or after the adjective in a Spanish sentence???
stiv31 [10]

Answer:

As a general rule, Spanish adverbs and adverbial phrases are placed near the word they modify, generally right before or after. English is more flexible in this regard—it is common in English to see an adverb placed further away from the word it modifies, often tacked on the end.

vodomira [7]

Answer:

Explanation:

If you want to learn about Spanish accentuation system you should know that there are three types of words according to the word’s syllabic division:

1. Words stressed on the last syllable, in Spanish, they are called “agudas”

2. Words stressed on the penultimate syllable, in Spanish they are called “graves”

3. Words stressed on the antepenultimate syllable, in Spanish, they are called “esdrújulas”

Each group has its own rules, here there are the most general and important:

1. WORDS STRESSED ON THE LAST SYLLABLE: They are stress marked when the word ends with n, s or vowel

2. WORDS STRESSED ON THE PENULTIMATE SYLLABLE: They are stress marked when the word ends in any consonant except n, s or vowel.

3. WORDS STRESSED ON THE ANTEPENULTIMATE SYLLABLE: They are always stress marked.

Remember than all the words have a phonetic stress syllable, but not every word will have stress marks. If you follow the previous rules it will be easier for you to understand when you have to add a stress mark.
