The answer is that he predicted that the fugitive slave act would "lead to war" or option D. The <span>fugitive slave act is when a slave runs away from it's owner and if the slave gets capture but someone else those laws made that person take the slave back to it's original owner. These laws were passed in 1793 and Fedrick Douglas did in fact predicted they will lead to war.
