What I see inside this image is.

The first thing that catches my eye is the fact that the person is portrayed as a cactus, that can mean many different things, the next thing I notice is that he is on some type of public transportation.

The person is holding a blue tool box and wearing a handy mans uniform meaning that he could be some type of handy man.

The other thing I notice is that since he is portrayed as a handy man and is taking public transportation, the author of this picture most likely is pointing out that people such as handy aids or the common folk do not make enough money to afford their own means of transportation.

Also I notice that he is a man because of his tall and heavy build and the way he wears his clothes ( I could be wrong im just making an observation)
