Well you get a lot of water and a lot of ocean and putting those in your body can help replenish and become one with the water , personally for me I would recommend going on a 2:5 diet where you fast for 2 days of the week and eat normally for the rest it’s has better help with metabolism and can help clear your skin and stop periods.
