Answer is: ATG- CCT- AAA- TTT- TGC- TAG
When transcribing DNA you only use letters A, T, C, G. A always pairs with T and G always pairs with C. If they are the opposite T will pair with A and C will pair with G. Hopes this helps!

but we also know that insulin of bacteria needs some modification before it can be used in human.
