Which example violates the free-exercise Clause?
11Alexandr11 [23.1K]

Answer:Correct option -(d)

Explanation:-

Free exercise clause is the term in law which permits the free exercise of any individual's religion. This right lets a person execute their religion without any intervention of government or party in their way of doing so.

According to the question, prohibiting the religious group of people from purchasing the building on the basis of their faith is example of breaking the free -exercise clause.

Other options are incorrect because weekly prayers by employees and permitting students for religious clothes is not violating the free-exercise clause. Not permitting prayers in city park by religious group is not breaking the clause as it is to be followed by all and is a limitation of clause according to rule. Thus, the correct option is option(d).

Freud is probably one of the most well-known historical figures in psychology. where have you encountered references to freud or
puteri [66]

Freud’s psychoanalytic theory stated that unconscious mind plays in determining conscious behavior. We are unaware of the influences of our unconscious mind in daily life.

EXPLANATION:

Freud most popular theory is psychoanalytic theory. He believed that unconscious mind plays a big part in our daily behavior. Unconscious mind includes feelings, urges, memories, and our thoughts outside of our consciousness.

To say it more simply, we can view unconscious mind as an iceberg. The tip of the iceberg that floats above the water is consciousness and everything under the water is unconsciousness. Consciousness is only a small part on the surface, while unconsciousness takes up a lot of space under the water. Both of consciousness and unconsciousness affect human’s choices in doing behavior. Eventhough unconsciousness can’t be seen, but its influence over human behavior is enormous.

According to Freud, some ways may bring unconsciousness into conscious awareness:

Free association:

Free association is a technique where patients need to relax and say whatever comes to mind in that state. The patients are allowed to say anything, not caring wether it’s a taboo thing to say, irrelevant, or even embarrassing. By knowing what thoughts that the patients have in a relaxing state, Freud believed that he can associate the train of thoughts and end up in a conclusion of hurtful childhood memories or repressed urges.

Dream interpretation:

Another way to recognize a person’s unconsciousness is through dreams. Freud believed that dreams might be a disguised form of our unconscious mind. Dreams can be interpreted by its literal content, and analyze it to know the meaning behind it. Our unconscious mind might try to talk to us through dreams, so we have to be aware of it. Dreams can also be a way to fulfill a wish. In reality, that wish can’t be expressed, so it’s expressed in dreams.
