Explanation:

In the spanish version "simpático" is for a boy/man "simpática" is for a girl/woman.

Oh and also "simpático" does not mean nice is means sympathetic.

It's talking about a girl so you use 'simpática' not 'simpático'

Also, I'm not fond of where the words are placed in the sentence. Especially 'baja' before chica but 'chica baja' doesn't sound good either. I think the choice of words for this sentence was poor.
