PolarNik [594]

The unique aspect of US Constitution is the separation of powers and the system of checks and balances.

Explanation:

As per the mandates of the American constitution, each division of the government administration is permitted to enforce a set of powers and responsibilities. These powers are limited for all the sections of the government and this classification of commands ensures each branch to act in an independent manner but it is also superintended and regulated by the other branches of the government.

For example, Executive can provide authorization and pass laws in the parliament and a new law can be affected but at the same time it should not generate decrees which express it to be authoritative.

How did Rome's Emperor, Nero abuse his power?
kvasek [131]
Nero was delusional. He was so obsessed with the idea of killing Christians that he burned the entire city of Rome. And while the city was burning, he stood in his castle and composed a song on his lute. He also captured Christians and stuck them into a pit where live animals chased them and ate them alive. He was also responsible for crucifying Peter upside down. One night he crucified Christians and set them on fire because he thought it was a pleasant way to light up the night. They burned alive. In his mind he was an artist and a god. He rarely thought anything through logically and most of his decisions were made on a whim because of corrupt politicians whispering in his ear to their advantage.

Artist 52 [7]

Answer:

Minzu means nation in Chinese, and refers to the Chinese nation as the collection of five large ethnicities: the Han Chinese, the Man Chinese or Manchus, the Meng or Mongols, the Hui or Muslim Chinese, and Zang or Tibetan Chinese.

Minzu is a recognition of the multi-ethnic character of the Chinese nation, but it is also a nationalist concept that is used to suppress any attempt of secession.

Both Taiwan and Mainland China were founded under this principle.
